      Some friends from my ski club have been renting a house in the outer banks to windsurf twice a year, I joined them in April and loved it. Now I've been going to Lakes Bay when possible. It's a great sport!

      I windsurfed for three or four years and then quit ten years ago. I'd like to start again for exercise, but have no idea where to start. I know the equipment has changed drastically over that time. I've never had a lesson; just taught myself.
